A tribute to René Lindemans, the 5th generation of the Lindemans family. Crafted to celebrate the 85th anniversary of René Lindemans.
"Dark" refers to the beautiful dark colour of the lambic, thanks to roasted wheat and being aged for 3 years, including one year in 20-year old oak cognac barrels.
A perfect marriage between the fresh-sour taste of lambic and the subtle notes of cognac, powerful and complex, which enchants both the nose and the taste buds.
